The 41st Carnival of the Mobilists is entertainingly hosted at MOPocket this week. We’re lucky to have People over process and IT in mobile workforces featured, and I must clearly work on writing with a bit less technical jargon!
People over process and IT in mobile workforces asks whether systems that operate offline as well as online increase the risk that small IT failures will result in catastrophic real-world failures, and discusses some of the ways we’ve tried to avoid that happening.
